The Leadership Development Fund is your way to support the next generation of education leaders. Our partner districts serve some of the most vulnerable student populations in the state: low-income, minority and English-learners. Yet, they lack the resources they need to create a strong foundation for better learning in their schools.
Thru the Fund, you help provide vital professional development these educators need to improve their skills and build their capacity to be effective leaders. Your contribution can go to a particular school or district in need or go towards a general fund for struggling areas in California.
