Springboard Schools Leadership Seminars: The Modules
This interlocking series of workshops
makes it possible for
teacher leaders, principals, district office staff,
superintendents,
and school board members to each gain the knowledge
and skills
they need now. And it allows school districts to choose from a
menu
of options to build a customized plan to meet their most
pressing
needs.
Each Springboard Schools Leadership Seminar is a stand-alone
module,
packed with valuable practical strategies, tools and tips drawn
from our
research in schools across the state which are getting great
results with
challenging student populations.
Springboard Schools Leadership Seminars are available in regularly-scheduled sessions offered around the state, or they or can be delivered in your school or district. Either way, most are limited to small groups to ensure that participants get the individual attention they need. And our experienced staff is available for follow-up coaching as well.
Multi-day seminars are scheduled for the attendees' convenience, and can be presented as multi-day intensives, or over the course of several weeks or months.
