and dialogue with colleagues doing similar work in other districts.
Springboard Schools is offering Los Angeles County district leaders a
program designed to address this concern. Working as a professional learning community, participants will collaborate, solve problems, practice inquiry, and learn about the latest research findings regarding best practices in high-performing districts. They will analyze their school system using a variety of tools and identify next steps to assure that their school district is organized to maximize student achievement.
