Springboard Schools Leadership Seminars

Springboard Schools Leadership Seminars are an interlocking series of workshops that make it possible for teacher-leaders, principals, district office staff, superintendents, and school board members to increase their knowledge and skills.  The modular format allows school districts to choose from a menu of options to build a customized plan that meets their most pressing needs. Seminars are delivered at your site or as scheduled, public events.

Executive Leadership Center

Springboard Schools and ACSA have formed a partnership to provide high quality, leading edge professional development for superintendents, in the form of the proven Executive Leadership Center (ELC) Seminars. The ELCs have been received with a tremendously positive response from the District and County Superintendents who have participated. We will offer ELC Seminars in eight regions of California.

Leadership Networks

The Springboard Schools Leadership Networks provides ongoing professional development throughout the school year for teams of district staff, principals, and teacher-leaders. Participants create a professional learning community focused on achievement, equity and inquiry.

Research Reports

My experience ...has been some of the most powerful professional development that I have ever experienced. I have a clear conceptual model for how we can work together collaboratively as a learning community at the school site. Now the individual learning needs of focal students (and all students) are better met.
