Board Members
Theodore E. Lobman, Ph.D
Dr. Lobman is a strategy and program design
consultant for foundations and grantees and has been a member of the
Board of Trustees since 1996. He worked for the Stuart Foundation from
1985 to 2002, serving as president for 13 of those years. Prior to that,
Dr. Lobman was program officer at the Hewlett Foundation with responsibility
for higher education and public policy grants. He has a B.A. from Brown
University with honors, an MBA from Stanford with concentration in public
management, and a Ph.D. in Education, also from Stanford, with a concentration
in administration and policy analysis.
