Dr. Paul Beare
Dr. Beare is Dean of the Kremen School of Education and Human Development at Cal State University Fresno. Dr. Beare has worked in education for 30 years, having taught elementary school programs for students with emotional disorders and learning disabilities in Kansas and Missouri.
In 1979 he began his work at Minnesota State University Moorhead, where he founded the teacher training program in Behavioral Disorders.
Dr. Beare served as Dean of the College of Education at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savanna, Georgia from 2000-2003.
[Springboard Schools] has driven home that we need to close to the achievement gap. We were aware of that before, but [Springboard Schools] takes it to a higher level with the amount of research 
they bring.
