PRESS RELEASE

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 12, 2009 - Beginning July 1st, Springboard Schools will officially become Pivot Learning Partners. Continuing the mission and building on the successes of Springboard Schools, Pivot Learning Partners is a "version 2.0," becoming more effective, efficient, and innovative.

Why pivot? According to Executive Director Merrill Vargo, "Pivot is a word that conveyed to us what the entire education field is being asked to do - to turn quickly. We are offering to be the premier partner to help school systems pivot...that is, to change quickly."
